Wednesday, 1/9/13

One strategy to increase your daily step count, is to periodically check your count throughout the day, and take a few minutes to just do some extra steps. Last night, as it was getting close to bedtime, I noticed that I was about 400 steps short of my daily goal. It was too cold to go outside, so I just walked around my living room!

    1. I've noticed that I have a little more energy, and am sleeping a little better. Not as much (and as little) as I'd like, but there are improvements. I am hoping that this will help me accomplish more things in the long run.

  2. 12,148. As usual, the majority of these were taken wearing my ankle weights. I was concerned that my step count would be less on a working day, since I didn't have time to take a dedicated walk. However, the day was so ridiculously busy, that I was well over by the time I left to go to Jen's bookclub!
