Friday, 1/4/13

So, how are you doing? Are you finding any patterns in your steps? More on weekdays? Or more on weekends? More in the morning, or in the evening? I ran a lot of errands yesterday, and generally parked farther away from my destination, so that I was required to walk more. More steps, and less frustration trying to find a parking space!
