Are you starting to see patterns in how your steps accumulate? Bruce's comment yesterday noted that most of his steps came after work. One strategy to increase steps is to take an active break, during periods of inactivity. Are your steps lagging before lunch? Why not walk around for 10 minutes to get your step count up, as well as increase your energy?
