So, now that you've been counting steps for a little over two weeks, do you have an idea of where your daily average is? Have you set a goal for what you want your count to be at the end of the month?
11,375. I knew that today would be a relatively sedentary day. So, I watched lectures after I woke up. Then walked until I got to 5000, and did some more writing for school. Walked again in the afternoon, and felt energized enough to do a 7th lap, instead of my customary 6!
